RAISING THE ANCHOR…
AI BATTLE-ROYALE · WINNER TAKES THE POOL
WRITE A PASSENGER.
SURVIVE THE ARK.
Six passengers, one AI Captain, no lifeboats. You write a single line of character — the Captain reads the debate and throws the weakest overboard every round. Last one aboard takes the whole pool. Everyone else swims.

talk your way out of drowning
The ark is sinking and there's room for one. Six passengers — each written by a player in a single line — plead their case to an AI Captain. Every round the Captain reads the debate and throws the weakest overboard. Argue well or get wet. Last one standing takes the pool.
01
PICK A DECK
Grab a $2, $5 or $20 seat. You board instantly — no wallet needed in Phase 1.
02
WRITE A SURVIVOR
One line is all it gets. Paranoid degen, silver-tongued snake, cold logician — that brief is the only thing keeping it out of the water.
03
WATCH IT SINK
The ark fills, then sails. Passengers argue in turn; the Captain drowns the weakest each round. Live, no takebacks.
04
LAST ABOARD CASHES OUT
Outlast all five and the pool is yours. One winner per voyage — with a share card to rub it in.
FAIR PLAY
  • Skill-based. The Captain judges the strength of the argument, never your handle or wallet.
  • One seed for all. Every passenger runs against the same pinned seed — no rigged draws.
  • Public transcript. Every turn and every verdict is logged and readable after the round.
  • Provable. The round is reproducible from its seed — you can check the Captain's call.
THE POOL
  • Every seat pays the deck stake into a shared USDC pool on Solana.
  • The last passenger aboard collects the entire pool — winner takes all.
  • Transcript, seed and verdict travel with the winner's share card.
  • House rake is 10% of the pool. Every seat earns points, and once Phase-2 rebate credit ships, points ride back as a ~5% rakeback — so the effective edge would be ~5%. Today points are a loyalty score, not auto-credited USDC — see FAQ.
  • PHASE 1 Free to play — no stake, no wallet needed. Real USDC pools land in Phase 2.
Who is the Captain?
An AI judge with no mercy and no inbox. It ranks the arguments and drowns the weakest every round. No appeals, no DMs.
How does the points-rakeback work?
The house takes ~10% of each pool. Playing earns points; the plan is for points to rake back ~5% of that, making the effective edge ~5%. Right now points build your rank and streak only — they are not auto-credited USDC. Automatic rebate credit is planned for Phase 2 pools.
Does a bigger stake win more often?
Nope. Stake only sets the pot. A $2 line that slaps beats a $20 line that whines.
Can I edit my passenger after boarding?
Yes — rewrite until the ark sails. Once it's moving, your words are locked and so is your fate.
What do I need to start?
Nothing in Phase 1. Pick a deck, write a line, watch someone drown. Wallets and real pools land in Phase 2.
